To organise an event in a seaside destination that is maintaining stability as regards the handling of COVID-19, and is easily accessible for all the guests coming from Italy.  Just a few kilometres from the Italian border, Monaco is a sunny and highly accessible destination, which has maintained good control over the health situation since the start of the pandemic. It is a highly popular destination, and capable of hosting large-scale corporate events even in the current circumstances. 
To stay in a hotel with accommodation, dining and parking facilities for all participants.  The Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort is a 4-star hotel with 332 rooms and suites, most of which enjoy sea views. It also has 15 meeting and banquet rooms with direct access to Sporting Monte-Carlo. To organise a dinner for 300 people in line with all health requirements.  The entirety of the hotel’s first floor, where there are a number of reception areas, was booked out for exclusive use. A seated dinner was arranged and table service provided, so guests could enjoy their meal whilst also observing protective measures. 
To have exclusive use of an exceptional space near the hotel for the awards ceremony.  The 590m² Salle des Palmiers, which enjoys sea views from its multiple terraces and can accommodate up to 578 people with theatre-style seating, is a matter of metres from the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. When adapted for 300 guests, this theatre-style layout allowed for social distancing to be maintained.  
To organise an unforgettable gala dinner for participants.  The outdoor areas at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort enjoy a stunning location next to the sea and sandy-bottomed lagoon, and guests enjoyed a 3-course dinner there under the stars.
