Host a group of 840 people within Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer resort. Because of its 4 hectares of private land and its location near the event venues featured in the programme, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort 4* was selected as the main hotel for this event. Most of the group stayed in twin rooms at Monte-Carlo Bay but some stayed at the Méridien Beach Plaza, located just a stone’s throw away. Due to the significant increase in the number of participants (from 600 to more than 800 pax), Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo 5* also lent its support to host the entire group within Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer resort.
Bring together all attendees the first evening. A cocktail reception designed by Chef Paolo Sari was held at the restaurant Le Deck of Monte-Carlo Beach 5*. The evening, which featured a DJ, took place inside the restaurant and around the hotel’s Olympic-sized pool (2017 Villégiature Award for “Best Hotel Pool in Europe”).
Organise a day exploring Monaco. An excursion was organised into Monaco, an open-air museum in and of itself, and included visits to emblematic sites: Prince’s Palace, Oceanographic Museum, Japanese Gardens, shopping, etc.
Hold a gala dinner to commemorate the end of the stay and make it unforgettable. The prestigious 1000 sq. m. Salle des Etoiles, a legendary venue on the Côte d’Azur, was hired as a private venue for a gala dinner with a DJ and the retractable roof open to offer a sweeping view of the principality. Guests dined under a starry sky then danced the rest of the night away on the dance floor.
