Find a venue capable of meeting the high expectations and levels of flexibility required by the event, i.e. television broadcoasts, which come with technical and timing specifications. As important celebrities attend the event, it was important to choose a destination and venues that could guarantee security and world class luxury.

Host all the participants in different hotels: celebrities/sportspeople and sponsor guests. Provide rooms and suites in the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo 5* and the 4* Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.
Welcome and manage all participants for the duration of the event. One contact person from Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer was specially assigned to all aspects of the event.
Welcome specific VIP clients on arrival. Create a “VIP welcome” area with one of the event sponsors in the Salon Sintra, that can accomodate up to 80 people.
Provide several spaces to create areas for storage, offices, make-up, VIP lounges, media centres, etc… Provide 12 meeting rooms at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and 7 rooms and 5 suites at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo.
Allow one of the automobile sponsors to display their prototypes within the hotel. Display a promotional car on the hotel forecourt for the duration of the event.
Organise the start of the “charity ride”, a circular bike route between Monaco and Italy, starting from the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. Provide a space at the entrance to the hotel venue to set up a structure capable of welcoming 30 participants and their bicycles.
Hold a cocktail lunch for 300 people. Exclusive use of the Blue Gin bar in the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.
Hold a cocktail party and gala dinner for 650 people. Partially exclusive use of Sporting Monte-Carlo, adjacent to the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. Hold a cocktail party in the Salle des Palmiers, which can accomodate up to 700 people, and the gala dinner in the Salle des Etoiles, which can accomodate up to 950 people
