Vary the services offered compared to the 2009 summit whilst continuing to offer accommodations, restaurants and conference rooms in one location.  Historical aspects were showcased in 2009 with the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo and the Place du Casino, whilst 2015 highlighted the seaside location with the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and Sporting Monte-Carlo, offering attendees a novel experience.
Make it easier for the 350 attendees to book accommodations.  Create a new online platform specially for the event so that attendees can easily book hotel rooms at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. 
Welcome and manage over 350 attendees during the two-day event.  A contact person from Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer specially assigned to all aspects of the event.
Provide a warm welcome and guidance to the many sponsors throughout the event. Made spaces available to sponsors for showcasing their brands and/or products during the event.
Promote the event and Monaco destination in partnership with Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.  
  • Create a special FT Business Luxury cocktail. 
  • Have Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin to create a customised dessert at the gala dinner.
  • Hold a series of promotional events whereby attendees can win hotel stays in our hotels and a wine tasting in the prestigious wine cellars of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.
Hold a conference and organise networking opportunities during the two days. Private venue hire at Sporting Monte-Carlo :

  • The Salle des Palmiers can be used as promotional areas for sponsors, for talks between attendees, and as a staff office.
  • The banquet-style Salle des Etoiles can be used for debates and discussions with speakers.
Organise a memorable gala dinner. A gala dinner in the sumptuous Salle des Etoiles. A 1,000 square foot banquet hall with a retractable roof opening onto the Monaco sky, a stage and built-in high-tech equipment.
Hold a networking lunch. Organise a lunch on cocktail orchestrated by Chef Marcel Ravin at the Michelin-starred restaurant The Blue Bay.
