The Salle Empire of Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is the Principality’s historical and iconic venue for an evening with a prestigious feel. The 25th year of Prince Rainier III’s reign was celebrated there. The splendor of the venue is reflected in the gilding, Lyon silk curtains and impressive painting by the painter-sculptor Paul Jean Gervais. This luxurious decor is combined with the expertise of our chefs Franck Cerutti and Philippe Gollino for the delight of guests’ taste buds. Listed as a historical monument in the late 19thcentury, this room can accommodate up to 464 guests for cocktail receptions. A mezzanine for the orchestra, a terrace opening onto Place du Casino and external access put the finishing touches to this magnificent room.
